Exhibitors and Sponsors

So many of our municipal members have had to be nimble and adaptable during the past months, and the League is no exception. We are excited to say the show must go on, and we are taking a new approach to our Annual Convention, which we have held for the past 20 years.  You won't want to miss what we have planned as we take our Annual Convention online! Join us for the Rhode Island League of Cities & Towns FIRST VIRTUAL Convention on January 28, 2021.

  • We are excited to announce the following features of the 2021 Virtual Convention:
  • A great virtual platform, Accelevents, that allows exhibitors to meet potential clients in real time
  • Even more dedicated time and incentives for municipal leaders to meet with exhibitors
  • Increased opportunities for brand awareness through sponsorships
  • The return of popular convention features such as workshops and the raffle

The pandemic has made it harder for businesses and nonprofits to connect with local officials and key decision makers. The RI League of Cities and Towns’ Virtual Convention will allow you to keep in touch, keep informed, and engage with current and future clients and partners. To ensure that you have ample opportunities to engage with attendees, we will be offering the following:

  • Virtual booths with your promotional materials and video
  • Chat function to respond to questions
  • Live stream options to engage with attendees
  • Contact information of convention participants for follow-up
  • Opportunity to sponsor workshops

In light of the financial challenges facing many organizations, we will be reducing the registration fees for the virtual convention. However, we still have additional services and features that you can request to tailor your virtual convention presence to meet your needs.
