Sponsorship Opportunities

Engage with Members

Businesses and other organizations serve as important supporters of the League's work. The League offers several opportunities to engage with our members and enhance the learning of municipal leaders.

The following are opportunities to show your support and expand your relationship with Rhode Island's cities and towns.

ANNUAL DINNER SPONSORS: $3000 (dinner) $2000 (reception) $1000 (training)

The League's Annual Dinner is a gathering of municipal officials and leaders throughout the state who come together to discuss prior policy accomplishments and set forth a new agenda for the next session. The event consists of three parts, a broadly applicable training session, followed by a reception, and ending with the annual dinner meeting. Sponsorships are available for each portion of the event or the entire event in total. Sponsors promote their organization's brand via signage, an information table, and are offered the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets at cost to the reception and/or dinner events.

TRAINING & WORKSHOP SPONSORS: $1000 per session

These sponsorship opportunities support one of our Spring or Fall professional development training sessions. Sponsors receive highlighted branding on session advertising, registration, and recognition during the program. The organization will have the opportunity to do a 60 second introduction to their products or services for the audience and present contact information for follow-up. Finally, as each session is recorded, the session will be posted to the League's website with a link to your organization and contact information.

CONVENTION SPONSORS: Prices vary

Our premiere annual event, the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns annual convention brings together hundreds of municipal decision makers throughout the state. For more information on exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities, contact Denise Arrighi at denise@rileague.org.
