SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES On January 31, 2008 the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns will be holding its 8th Annual Convention at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island. This event brings together municipal officials from all over the state to participate in workshops, exchange ideas, and learn about new products and services from over 100 private companies. Last year's event was attended by over 700 municipal officials from every city and town in the state and was deemed an overwhelming success by attendees and exhibitors alike. Would your company like to show its support for local governments in Rhode Island? If the answer to this question is "yes" why not become a sponsor of one of several events at the League's 8th Annual Convention! Sponsorships present a great opportunity to get your company or organization's name out in a very positive way before many high-level local government officials. This year's sponsorship opportunities are as follows: Five Coffee Break Sponsorships @ $600 per sponsor. Five Luncheon Sponsorships @ $1,200 per sponsor. The coffee breaks will be held at 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. in the exhibit hall. The luncheon will also be held in the exhibition hall from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Each sponsor will be listed separately in the Convention Program, publicly thanked at the event and recognized with a placard at the individual function.
