EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Cities and towns, more than ever before, are looking for innovative and alternative means to maintain, expand or enrich constituent services. City and town governments need creative approaches in today's difficult economic climate to provide the services citizens expect, such as refuse collection, police protection, water and sewer. These city and town governments need top quality computers, engineering services, parks and recreation equipment, investment options and a myriad of other products and services to provide cost effective and efficient services to their residents. By participating in RILCT's convention, you have the opportunity to show Rhode Island's city and town officials how your company's products or services can help them continue to provide their constituents with top quality government services. City and town officials look to convention exhibitors for the latest information about the techniques, products and services their municipalities need. These are the people who make the major purchasing decisions in Rhode Island. Over 700 city and town officials will be there, will you? Last year's convention space was sold out and we fully expect our 2008 Convention to be also. So in order to be assured exhibit space in the exposition we recommend the earliest possible return of an exhibitor interest form and a deposit. Receipt of a $500.00 deposit will secure your space up until May 1, 2007, at which point full payment is due. Telephone requests for booth space do not secure your company a booth in the show. Contracts will be mailed to all reserved exhibitors on or about October 1, 2007. Booth rates for this year are $1100.00 for first time exhibitors and $990.00 for returning exhibitors. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and all effort will be made to give your company the booth location of its choice.
